Pita Pizzas

Ingredients:

2 SAHARA® Pitas (regular size)
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained)
1/2 cup thinly sliced pepperoni)
1-1/2 cups prepared pizza sauce)
1/3 cup chopped onion)
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Mozzarella cheese
 
Cut each pita around edge, separating halves. Place rough side up in jelly roll pan. Bake in 375° F oven, turning once, 8 minutes or until slightly crisp. In small bowl combine pizza sauce, mushrooms and onion. Spread evenly on rough sides of pitas. Top with pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
